Lawmaker Conflicts: Party Over People
These are the 88 Congressional Texas Lawmakers who prioritize party loyalty over the interests of Texas and its people. With 89th starting in 2025, things will not change for any Texan.
Through direct consultations with the staff of various offices, spending one day a week for several months straight, it has become evident that these lawmakers show little regard for issues affecting individuals and districts outside their own. Despite serving on committees that influence statewide decisions, they fail to represent the broader needs of Texans, focusing instead on their party’s agenda or only on local constituent needs under the same Party affiliation.

This letter was delivered to every lawmaker at the state capital on Sunday, January 5, 2025. This was purposely done on Sunday because the following day would be the first official day for the lawmakers to return to the capital. Senator Charles Perry‘s office was the only office that “DID NOT” receive one that day. Video surveillance in the state capital can verify this information as accurate and true. When I return to the capital on January 8, 2025 is when I was told I could not return to the capital under Senator Charles Perry‘s order of trespassing. The letter I provided predicts exactly what Senator Perry plans to do if I return home. Have me arrested for trespassing! The people who are were responsible for my injury in 2021 are all now the head of each of their agencies under a municipal system that according to the state of Texas, I have no protection from. This is how our leaders silence people who speak out. “I AM IN FEAR FOR MY LIFE!!”
Attention All Texas Lawmakers, Senators, & Every Constituent of Texas
I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply troubling matter that highlights a misuse of power and represents a modern-day act of authoritarianism by Senator Charles Perry. This issue reflects systemic failures that undermine the rights of Texans to seek accountability and representation from their elected officials.
Last year, Senator Perry had me served with a letter barring me from contacting his office or staff. The letter claimed that my communications were "abrasive" and "inappropriate," but in reality, this action was retaliation for my efforts to hold those in power accountable. My only so-called "threat" was my intention to contact the mainstream media to expose harmful practices by the Walmart Corporation in Childress, Texas-practices that I have since learned impact countless Texans across the state.
What makes this even more troubling is that Senator Perry used the same law enforcement agency that assaulted me at Walmart in Childress, Texas, to serve this letter. This was clearly an attempt to intimidate me. The police officer who assaulted me not only defended Walmart's actions but also later threatened to fabricate charges against me if I continued to complain about him or the Walmart Corporation. This threat, captured on body camera by a uniformed officer and overheard by the current sheriff of Childress County, Matthew Bradley, exemplifies the deep-rooted issues of corruption and lack of accountability within both law enforcement and government.
After three years, I am still trying to file a police report against those who hurt me and wronged me, only to be denied because the police refuse to investigate their own for wrongdoing. Every attorney I have consulted about this matter claims it is a criminal issue and that the police are responsible for handling it. But how does one get help when no help is available? The system as it stands leaves me without recourse.
The most disturbing part of all of this is that every lawmaker in the state of Texas, including the senators, is aware that these issues are happening, and yet no one has stepped forward to claim responsibility or assist in addressing them. This negligence perpetuates a broken system that affects not only me but every Texan today.
The only way I could obtain legal representation, it seems, would be if I returned to Walmart in Childress, Texas, or contacted Senator Perry's office and provoked them into arresting me. At that point, I would be appointed an attorney-not to defend me, but to process me into a system that appears designed to disempower and enslave those who challenge authority. This is not justice; it is a perversion of the principles upon which our democracy is built.
These direct actions by Senator Perry are the reason why I am now moving toward the office of governor. I am determined to clean house and ensure that Texas lawmakers prioritize the people they serve over political agendas or personal connections. Every lawmaker in Texas must decide now: Will you stand for your party or for the people of Texas?
The situation escalated further with a threat of a trespass warning through the Childress Police Department, effectively banning me from visiting Senator Perry's district office. At no point have I posed a threat to anyone. My persistence in seeking justice is the reason I was targeted-not my behavior, which has always remained lawful and appropriate.
Senator Perry's actions are a blatant misuse of power. Weaponizing law enforcement to silence a constituent is not only undemocratic but authoritarian, reminiscent of regimes where dissent is suppressed through intimidation rather than addressed with transparency and accountability.
During my visits to the State Capitol, I have repeatedly encountered a systemic issue: lawmakers dismissing concerns simply because the individual raising them is not within their district. Statements such as, "You're not my constituent," or "Your issues aren't my problem," reflect a pervasive indifference to the broader challenges facing Texans and highlight a troubling lack of collaboration and communication among elected officials.
This issue transcends my personal experience. It raises serious questions about the ethical responsibilities of our elected officials and the systemic failures that allow such abuses of power. Texans deserve the right to engage with their representatives without fear of being silenced or retaliated against.
In closing, I still want to press charges against Walmart and the officer who assaulted me, causing me injury. The injury I sustained has required treatment more than 500 miles away, leaving Texas taxpayers to foot the bill for transportation and medical expenses. This is unjust and unfair to Texas taxpayers, as the Walmart Corporation and local law enforcement are the root causes of this issue.
Someone must be held accountable-not the hardworking people of Texas.
I urge you, as leaders of this state, to take this matter seriously. I am calling for an investigation into Senator Perry's actions and for legislation to protect constituents from retaliation when they advocate for accountability. These protections are essential to restoring trust in our democracy and ensuring that no Texan is silenced for exercising their rights.
I am available to discuss this matter further and can be reached by any staff member at the State Capitol Building.
Thank you for your attention to this critical issue and for your commitment to upholding justice, integrity, and fairness for all Texans.
Sincerely,
Joseph Bourgeois, Your “Future” Governor

Dear Mr. Bourgeois:
Do Not Visit or Contact Our Offices or Staff
or you will be arrested!!
Apparently when I was asking the "CORRECT" questions our "PRESS" will not ask, and then "DEMANDING" the answers from my Lawmaker responsible for the issues "NOT" being addressed by our leaders, and mentioning going to the "Mainstream Media" with the reponse given was a direct threat on their "LIVELIHOOD" and therefore they will do whatever they can to "DISCREDIT" me by attempting to lable me as a violent person. I "DO NOT" own or possess any weapons as I am trained in "NON-LEATHAL"
tactical solutions. My Purpose In Life is to:

"Speed Traps" in Texas are very much real!!

"Who is responsible for this?"
I am still waiting to hear back from Greg Abbott and other Republican Lawmakers. The Texas Democrats are outnumbered and have no say in this matter. I have attempted to contact Ted Cruz as well only to be DENIED!
This is why our Leaders need to decide:
"Party or Texas"
"Now I am one pissed off Republican!!"
Enough Is Enough
Who Will Stand And Fight To End This Corruption In Our Leadership?
This is unacceptable and needs to be controlled better by our State Police. I have attempted to address this issue with our Lawmakers in Austin, but "We Texans" are not their problem! That has been pretty much made clear to me by the majority of the Republican Party staff members working directly for "OUR" State senators.
As a Republican, I am appalled and disgusted by what I am learning in Austin and I will NOT hold back. Republican's and Democrat's both in the Capitol need to decide who they represent.
"Party" or "Texas"
When the TxDOT and local authorities put up a sign directly in front of another with a lower speed limit and the city police sitting across the steet on the opposite side of the road as a distraction to the diver to "NOT" notice the actual posted speed limit sign, I need to say no more?!
Absolutely No Accountability!!
Here are the names of our (31)Texas Senators that:
“STAND FOR ALL OF TEXAS”
Sorry, there are no names to list because NO ONE cares about anything or anyone outside their own District. If you are a Democrat constituent seeking assistance from a Republican Lawmaker or vice versa, FORGET ABOUT IT!! Texas is DOOMED if we do not get back in control of our Republic.
